# Prices One balance pays for videos and API calls. Prices are in US dollars. No monthly fee. No credits to convert. **Prices are published at launch.** They will appear here, read from the same reviewed snapshot as the www pricing page. ## How the numbers get here Prices are set by CreatoRain and served by `GET /v1/prices`. A reviewed snapshot of that answer feeds this page and the www pricing page. No price is typed into a page. **(Not live yet)** A product with no published price is left out, never shown as a dash. ## What you are never billed for - A creator not found. - An empty page. - A re-read of the same creator within 30 days. - A replayed `Idempotency-Key`. - Video-production reads (account, locations, visits, videos), dry runs and the bill preview. ## What each call cost Every billed call will return a `cost` object, `{amount_micros, currency: "USD"}`, and a `CreatoRain-Cost` header.
