# Top-ups, holds and refunds **Not live yet:** Top-ups, holds, refunds and statements are not live yet. This page describes them as designed. ## Top-ups - Top up in the app, with a card, by Stripe Checkout. - By API: `POST /v1/balance/top_ups` returns a `checkout_url`. A human finishes the payment. - The smallest top-up is set by CreatoRain and published with the [prices](/pricing/). It is a payment floor, not a spend minimum. - Each top-up shows a receipt link on the Balance page. ## Holds When a creator visit is booked, a **hold** sets aside the store’s locked price per video. When the video goes live, the hold becomes a charge. If the visit does not happen, the hold is released. Held money still belongs to you. It just is not in “$X left”. ## API usage Each billed call is priced in micro-dollars. Usage is written to your statement in small batches, and at the end of each UTC day. The rest carries over. No call is rounded up to a whole cent. ## Refunds - **Cash** is refundable on request, less the card fee. Or wait 30 days or more and get it back in full. - **Granted** money is never refunded. - Nothing expires. ## Statements A monthly statement lists the opening balance, top-ups, video charges, API usage, grants, refunds and the closing balance. **(Not live yet)** ## Auto-recharge Top up automatically when the balance falls below a level you set. **(Not live yet)**
